Kimberly Davis Biography
Kimberly Davis’ life on the stage has taken many forms. From small-town beginnings, having grown-up on a ranch in NW Montana singing to the cows in below zero temperatures – to the international stage.
Her circuitous path has given her more than 25 years’ experience in front of groups and audiences of all sizes. Her rich career includes work as a professional actress; designing and leading cross-cultural workshops throughout Japan; “Customer Experience Programs” in the US, UK, France, Germany, and Hong Kong; and employee engagement/leadership development workshops for a multitude of Fortune 500’s throughout the US.

Additionally, Kimberly teaches Authentic Influence and Executive Presence for Southern Methodist University’s (SMU) Cox School of Business’s Executive Education Program, and partners with SMU in teaching for the Bush Institute’s Women’s Initiative Fellowship Program (empowering female leaders from the Middle East) and for the National Hispanic Corporate Council.
Kimberly’s book, Brave Leadership: Unleash Your Most Confident, Authentic, and Powerful Self to Get the Results You Need was released January, 2018 to much acclaim, aiming to democratize the leadership conversation and equip readers to make a purposeful impact for greater results.
Still a small-town girl at heart, Kimberly has crafted a life for herself, with her husband and son (and feisty cat, Sulley Magee) in the gorgeous hill country surrounding Austin, TX, where she fights every day to bring her best, most authentic and powerful self – what she calls brave – to every situation she faces. Sometimes she succeeds, sometimes she doesn’t. But she’s committed to the fight.
